Drum Island (ドラム島 Doramu Shima) is a Winter Island, located on the Grand Line where Chopper was born.
Years before the present timeline, the Drum Kingdom had a kind ruler. However, his son Wapol, who inherited the throne, proved to be spoiled and selfish. Among other acts, he forced all of the doctors except for his personal ones to leave, forcing the people to beg him when they needed medical attention. When the Blackbeard Pirates attacked, he and his cabinet fled, only to be defeated by the Straw Hat Pirates when he returned.
